This time it's Kvoteringen from Sweden, who bust out 14 tracks of blistering, Swedish-style Hardcore in the Discharge tradition (think Meanwhile). The rhythm section in this band is locked in as fuck, occasionally delving in something a little more complex and punchy than straightforward d-beat hardcore, and the lead guitarist is great... rather than going for the anarchic, blitzkrieg-of-notes style pioneered by Bones, he has a more melodic, metallic style that recalls sombre Swedish and Norweigan metal. The band shares members with Meanwhile, Millencolin, ÄÀritila, TotalitÀr, No Security, Skitslakt, Dischange among others!! This special edition adds their "Dodens handslag" 7" as bonus + 2 tracks from the split 7" with NITAD. 20 tracks of pure Sweden-core artillery!
